The apartment is completely furnished, including a kitchen with absolutely every utensil 🫣. You’ll be welcome to add any additional furniture to your room of course!
I try to keep the bills as low as possible, minimal aircon etc. We will negotiate bills as I’m not there too often.
The rooms each have a bunk bed for occasional visitors. Let’s respect each other and check in about guests beforehand - I’ve got 2 staying 1 night in late January 😊
Underground car parking available for an additional $45 per week. Previous roommate booked this through a neighbour, so subject to availability and change.

Hello!
I am 22 years old and live in Brisbane part time. I just graduated Bachelor of Music Honours (Violin Performance) and work on the Sunshine Coast part time, teaching violin, viola and cello. I stay in Brisbane a few nights a week for study, orchestra and performance work. My schedule is a little inconsistent and I am rarely home for more than 4 days at a time. I’ll be studying Masters of Teaching in 2026.
You’ll have to put up with some violin practice when I’m home, but I keep this between 8am-7pm and haven’t had any complaints in the 2 years of living here.
In my downtime, I love cooking and baking. I like to keep a clean space, especially common areas.
