The apartment itself features generously sized bedrooms (can fit a queen sized bed and a 160 x 80 desk), a separate lounge area, a full kitchen with gas cooktops, and internal laundry facilities. All appliances (fridge, microwave, oven) and necessary furnitures (dining tables with chairs) are prepared. One of my favourite parts of the home is the large balcony - perfect for good ventilation when the windows are open.

The rooms come with large built-in wardrobes featuring full-length mirrors, carpeted flooring, ceiling fans, and flexible lighting options (warm ambient lighting or bright white ceiling lights).

**This apartment came unfurnished, appliances including brand-new refrigerator, washing machine, microwave were purchased at time of move-in. As such, a one-off furniture utilisation fee is required (with 1 year depreciation loss): 330$

One of the biggest highlights of this property is its location. It’s right in the heart of West End, yet tucked away on a quieter street. Daily essentials are easy, with grocery stores, cafes, restaurants, fitness/ pilates/ yoga studios all close by. Great coffee spots like Coffee Head and Blackstar are just around the corner, along with a variety of multicultural dining options and op shops.

West Village is also within easy walking distance, including Harris Farm, Anita Gelato, Yochi and Messina.

About the flatmates

I’m someone who values a tidy and well-maintained home. I make a conscious effort to keep shared spaces - especially the kitchen, bathroom, and appliances - clean after use. This includes washing and putting away dishes, cookware, and cloths promptly so common areas stay pleasant for everyone.

In terms of day-to-day routine, I work full-time on weekdays and usually head to bed early, as I wake up around 5am. Because of this, I really value quiet time after 9pm. I’d prefer minimal noise in common areas in the evenings, as sound travels easily between rooms.

A little about me: I’m originally from Malaysia and have been living in Australia since 2024. I speak both English and Mandarin fluently. I enjoy staying active, keeping a regular routine, and having a calm, comfortable home environment. I’m considerate and respectful, and you can expect the same from me as a housemate.
