One VACANCY
for Room 1 has a Japanese -Australian Student female who will also leave Jan 7-11 in 2026 * price tbc * and is larger room
ADVERTISED
Room 2 is available on the 7th of December 2025 and will be air conditioned with a quiet position within the home to reduce the road noise of our great location
Room 3, our biggest room is now home to a student who is from Korea and studies optometry
Room 4 is my personal room within the home which is closest to the bathroom at the rear
*Now rented to a fun and vibrant and social French girl, is Room 2- smaller but equipped with the best air conditioning, heating and away from the road noise.
Rooms vary plus a utilities surcharge of $20 where all services are included * contact Paul for details
*$300 pw- $320 week total pending on situation and availability
The double bed and bedding, and essential student furnishings make it a room to relax and keep to yourself. The tv and other items will cater for all your needs.
We prefer a polite and respectful person with either a great understanding of the sharing etiquette outlined in the code of conduct - if you stay you will respect this and not smoke, do drugs or drink here excessively
The person vacating room 1 has given 28 days notice effective today but should be vacating 7-11 of December but. OST likely the 9th.
If the current tenant is able to relocate sooner it maybe available earlier as required.
$300-320 per week all inclusive as advertised on Flatmates as all inclusive is approximately *$70 cheaper than the average suburb rental.
Security Bond is $750 for short term and a $60 key deposit both refunded when departing is required

Room 1 is our biggest room with the best a/c and sadly the person I have enjoyed for 5 years will now step out on her own!
Our Perfect location in South Brisbane with all the public transport literally out front suits inner city worker or someone who’s social but likes their privacy
Myself, a non smoker and very considerate person who’s set up a furnished home for the right applicant
Our smaller and quieter room 2 is the quietest and has everything in a safe home, and has rented. (In pics seen )
Totally welcoming of all kinds, but sadly we cannot approve smokers as we are non smokers- it’s a delightful Queenslander
Our home has a charming and nice or coachroach free much due to our indoor only cat that is totally loved
The backyard has area to soak up the sun in the warmer season and is quite long in the wet season
Under the house there is space for hanging clothes all year
We have a simple set of rules- we call it the code of conduct. This should ensure peace of mind and a sense of belonging
It’s proven to work and it keeps the place as clean and organised, much like a cafe is- cleared at all times and ready for use... all facilities are provided, stowed separate and fair and well organised, as everything has a home including the furnishings and items provided
