Looking for a female for this last room, the place has 3 of the best tenants, incredibly nice and organised people, all have jobs and work frequently. In this friendly environment, it is a shared bathroom amongst two other people, lounge room, a well put together kitchen, excellent outdoor entertainment area and we are certainly not too fussed about noise. The place is protected by security cameras surrounding the house, it is always maintained and our standards are above average so if you have a great personality and have a history of being a tidy and respectful tenant then please apply.

The second tenant is CJ who works for Ikea and is so friendly and caring who enjoys his own space but also loves to socialise and the same could be said for our third tenant Roberto. Rob manages one of the office work stores and is so social and respectful that you’re most likely to find a new best friend in this house.
