This is a great house with two awesome housemates. The rent is cheap as chips and all bills are included. It's spacious, light, quiet and in a great location - 2 blocks from shopping centres, 500m from Springwood bus station and only 20 minutes to the CBD. The back yard is nice and large with a hammock and large car port for parking and/or storage. The landlord is easygoing and happy to help with whatever we need, though no pets are allowed and smokers have to do so outside. I'm sad to be leaving the house but have to move away for a job.
