I’m a 42 year old single Mum of 1 (8) year old boy. Looking for a working person or another Mum with one child. Close to shops, schools and transport down the road. I just can’t afford to pay the rent anymore. I will share a room with my son and the other room is backed on to a beautiful nature park. Apartment is finished but the room is partly or I can remove it.

Very quiet apartments and we don’t have people over. I don’t drink. Aircon in the main living room. Is a smaller place but very safe. I have a few health conditions that stop me from working. I have a car. There is parking for you with a code you’ll always have parking uncovered. It’s opposite the apartments. Must have a clean rental history as you will be going on the lease. 13 weekly inspections. Close to schools and Logan University is a bus ride away. Looking for a respectful, quiet tidy person who doesn’t have people over or parties. As the unit block is just so quiet. Open to anyone really. Except couples. Shared bathroom and toilet. Can use my fridge and cupboards. Room has a massive cupboard. Definitely for someone quiet (including people with one child single parent).
