Hi there…I’m Fai! I’m a single professional who works from home and in the city. I come with a furbaby…a little lovable Chihuahua named Ziggy. If you’re looking for a cozy place, that’s comfortable, close to public transport and stafford shopping centre…then this could be your new home! As I work from home, I would prefer someone who works onsite. I am a person who loves my fitness, and I prefer quiet nights in and a calm house. I do like interactions but also like to keep to myself. Bills would be split 50/50. After someone who is clean, respectful and drama free. Happy to have friends over on the weekends on occasion but not keen on a party/overly social house. If you’re looking to have dinner parties for friends over for drinks on a regular then this place isn’t for you. General housekeeping would be no shoes in the house, cleaning up/vacuuming common areas once a week and daily upkeep of the common spaces. Internet is 30 per month with Netflix, prime and Disney plus included
The room has an armchair and brand new bed/mattress. You will have the main bathroom which is large and pretty much brand new - hardly used. The rooms are opposites sides of the apartment so you ll get plenty of privacy.
