Located in Stafford, there is a bus stop 5 minute walk away, Stafford City shopping centre with Woolies and Kmart 10/15 walk away and chermside is 15 minute drive. There is also ample street parking!
Room is unfurnished (there is no lift in the building so everything needs to be brought up the stairs) & huge wardrobe! You will have your own bathroom with a bath (is also the laundry so it will be used to do laundry and by friends who come over and visit).
Rent is $300 a week - bills not included, internet is $72 a month so half of that.

Little bit about me; I am neurodivergent, have a strong sense of justice and human rights, I study and work and do a lot of community work, i would love to have a housemate that we can have nights every now and then and have dinner and play games or watch a movie :D
