Break Lease: Looking for one or more people to takeover a lease for a 4bed2bath house in Sumner. I am leaving Brisbane end of Feb and my room will be available after that. Currently the other occupant is my sister (23yo, Paramedic Graduate) who is looking to renew with someone in May. Rent is currently $690/week split between us. My sister is happy to split this multiple ways depending on circumstance.
