Hey crew - these are real estate photos, the house is furnished, except for your bedroom. There's basically everything you'd need here kitchen-wise. Fridge, washing machine, dryer, good vacuum cleaner, etc.
This property is located in Taigum, quite close to all the big Northside suburbs. One road away, you can easily shop at Woolworths, Coles and Aldi.
There's 4 bedrooms here. My bedroom is the ensuite and has an attached bathroom. The other bathroom will be yours, shared with one other 30yo female. Your bedroom is 2.9 x 3 metres, with ducted airconditioning, so when summer hits, you'll be sweet.
You'd be living with a 30yo female as well as myself and my girlfriend (25 & 27). My housemate uses one of the bedrooms as an office.
Parking wise - on street parking only. The driveway/garage are not included in this price, as Josh (myself) pays extra for it.
No pets thanks. We're looking for someone who doesn't really party, drink a lot/often, etc. We enjoy a bevvy every now and then, but we will not put up with someone out of control or a smoker, sorry. You need to be able to help with keeping the place clean and organised and need to be reliable.
Will need to be approved by real estate/owner to live here as per rental policies/guidelines.

We are not party people/big drinkers/smokers, I'm (Josh) quite heavy into our fitness/health.
At times we may have a partner or friends who may come over occasionally and stay the night. We're fine with you doing the same, just communicate with us and keep it down lol.
