5 bedroom house and happy for you to use the office whenever. Could install a second desk. Nice garden and ducted aircon.
I live here with my 2 small children. They are normal loud silly kids so you’d have to be ok with that. I’m perfectly happy for people to stay up late or have people over for drinks but no big parties or strangers regularly frequenting house.
Open to someone with a child (there is another bedroom) but no couples.
