About the flatmates
Hello, I'm Pete. I'm a father of 3 adult children, full-time worker as an electrician and movie buff. I just built a 4 bedroom house in The Gap and have room to share.
The house has great views of the valley and is in a beautiful green pocket, while still being relatively close to the city.
One room is upstairs, next to a living room with a couch and desks as well as a balcony with sweeping views. This would be a good study or relaxing area for a housemate as I mainly use the downstairs TV room and living area. The second room for rent is downstairs and has its own ensuite.
I am a tidy person and would like housemates who are also tidy and respectful.
I work full time in the city at the moment but sometimes take FIFO contracts as well.
