This fully furnished and renovated share house is incredibly convenient (close to Toowong Village - train, shops, library). The house has a big kitchen, living and dining room. We are looking for an easygoing and clean sharemate. The sharemates are very friendly and tidy, both are working at City and UQ.
The room is spacious, bright, high ceiling with ceiling fan & air conditioning and big window. Share bathroom but it has been kept very clean most of time.
The rent includes internet and white goods (fridge, front-loader washing machine).
The house is situated near the river and parks for those who like outdoor activities. Lot of cafes nearby and Regatta hotel are just at corner. 5 mins walk to Toowong shopping village. Easy access to anywhere via multiple forms of transport (train, bus, ferry). Close to City, Milton, UQ & Tafe; QUT. Available from 1st Nov 2025 (any early date subject to negotiation).
