About the flatmates
Hi there! My flatmate is moving out, so I’m in a hunt for a new roommate who enjoys a good chat but also understands and respects personal space. I’m quite independent and value a calm, comfortable home where everyone feels at ease.
I’m looking for someone who shares similar values when it comes to living together — cleanliness, tidiness and mutual respect are really important to me. I don’t smoke or use drugs and I’m after a flatmate with a similar lifestyle. We can occasionally have friends over for a meal or a drink, but this is definitely not a party house.
I work full-time and WFH once a week. During the week I’m usually busy, but I love unwinding with exercise, river walks and checking out good cafés. On weekends, I’m often at markets, catching up with friends or heading to the beach. I enjoy being social from time to time, but I also really value privacy and always respect noise levels and shared spaces. I’m reliable, clean, tidy, friendly, laid-back and easygoing.
