Hi!!

I’m currently looking for 2 roommates (women in their 20’s) to sign onto a new lease for 12 months starting on the 23rd of February 2026 as my current roommates are moving out at the end of our current lease.

The apartment is located on a quiet street in Toowong, within walking distance of both Toowong and Auchenflower train stations and local bus stations. The apartment is a great size with a wrap-around balcony, a modern kitchen, a washing machine and air conditioning in the common space. The common spaces are fully furnished and there is ample designated storage space for food and other belongings. We are walking distance to Toowong Village and some nice cafes and restaurants which is really convenient for those days when you don't feel like cooking or are craving a sweet treat.

Room one (first room pictured) has a built in cupboard with two sliding door mirrors, with lots of space! It's lovely and cozy and the room would comfortably fit a double bed or a queen bed as in the picture. You would be sharing the bathroom with the other housemate.

Room two (second room pictured) has a built in cupboard with two sliding door mirrors. This room fits a double bed nicely. This room also has a small private balcony!

The property has off-street designated parking.

No pets allowed unfortunately :((

Bills are not included in the rent but are typically:
Unlimited internet (Monthly): $31
Hot Water (Per quarter): roughly $90
Electricity (Per quarter): roughly $75

The bond is actually $933.33, I just can't select that as an option on flatmates.
Rent is actually $233.33 a week, it just won’t let me select that amount.
