About the flatmates
Two rooms available with shared bathroom. I am a 25 year old software engineer (male) and occupy one bedroom with my office and ensuite as I wfh most days. The other two bedrooms are on opposite side of flat with bathroom and separate toilet in between. Bedroom 1 has air conditioning and is slightly larger/ bedroom 2 does not. Both have queen beds and desks if you want or can be removed if you have your own. Both have built in wardrobes. We are 3 minutes walk to Toowong village and train. One minute to bus to UQ. The apartment building only has 8 apartments each occupying a single level so only you have access to your floor level via the lift. Looking for young professionals or students
