The apartment building has its own pool and gym and it’s also right near the Brisbane river which is perfect for walks/runs to get a bit of fresh air.
1 room available for rent as well as access to the shared apartment space and half of the shared storage space. The room is currently furnished with a double bed and bedside table but can be removed if needed. No dresser is required as there is a built in wardrobe. There is also a study with plenty of space to fit a desk.
Internet is included in the rent price.
The only other bill required is electricity which is ~$75/month.

I’m 25, 3 years out of university and working as a chemical engineer in Brisbane. Some of my hobbies include reading, movies and games nights, gym, walking and crochet.
I work full time in the office and usually have half my week occupied with social outings with family and friends. The other half of my week I’m eager to hang around the apartment. I enjoy a good mix of having my own space and hanging out with my roommate when timing aligns! I’m super easy going and always happy to have a chat!
