About the property
We live just a 10 minute walk from the train station and Toowong shopping village, aswell as a 10 minute drive from qut and similar distance to uq. The neighbourhood is very safe and there is no noise at night and it is very quiet throughout the day. The neighbours are really nice and friendly aswell. We have our own private backyard with a line to hang our clothing on aswell as just an area to relax.

About the flatmates
This is a quiet house so there isn’t too much noise from me or the other flatmate. I’m a student studying at qut and the other flatmate is an engineer so we’re both not really home all day. We both enjoy cars and motorbikes aswell so if you know anything about either it would be an awesome chat.
