About the flatmates
Spacious bright and clean room in 3 bedroom share house with one older female and one in 20s male. The room can accommodate a double bed. Room has two windows that open, screens, security grill, and a fan and aircon in living room. We share a full bathroom, living room, deck and kitchen. I work from home in Health and the other housemate works in city- we are non smoking (not negotiable it’s in the lease) and a non party house but we are social. Electricity is $30 a fortnight and cleaner is $33. You would share the bathroom with a female. House is fully furnished with all the usual furniture, appliances and dishes etc. Gardener and water is included in the rent. House is close to Toowong Shopping (10min bus) and a bus into the city (20mins bus trip), bike paths and is house is fully furnished. We look forward to hearing a bit about you?
