About the flatmates
41 yr old female, works Mon-Fri full-time and my 18 yr old daughter who also works basically full-time. Have a cat that's pretty old but very friendly (doesn't particularly like other pets though). We like our house to be kept clean and tidy. We are both friendly, easygoing, social but respect alone time and privacy.
You must be working, 2 weeks bond required (sorry no bond loan as you will only be listed as an approved tenant, so RTA bond is already paid). Don't mind smoker's but outdoors only. Negotiatable about bills.
