Hey there looking for 1 housemate to join our happy home of 2 really good guys
please let me be very very very clear . THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE !!!! .
We are very very tidy and clean and looking for the same .
The house is brick and quite nice and modern . inside and is 5 bedrooms and 2 and 3 quarters of a 3 rd bathroom . All the linen and pillows are brand new . We have put a dirty clothes basket in each room . and rooms have a ceiling fan
Huuuuuuuge modren kitchen with two dishwashers , airfryer, microwave , everything you need for cooking . Two Xtra large fridges , 3 lovely living areas 2 with TVs so you can reeelax and do as you please when ever you feel .
Public transport about 20 to 50 metres walk . Garden City Shopping Centre about 10 minutes away .
And Griffith University about 15 minutes away .
We are all very very easy going and drama free . love the gym and the usual things people enjoy and always up for a chat but if you like keeping to yourself all good as long as you feel comfortable and happy .
