We are looking for an employed, non-smoking female to move into our apartment in Belconnen. The apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the Westfield Shopping Centre, the bus interchange and the restaurant strip along Emu Bank.
About the room - available now:
The bedroom is unfurnished and overlooks a beautiful and quiet lakeside reserve. The room offers a built-in mirrored robe and can accommodate a queen bed and other bedroom furniture.
Please note, there is no basement car parking available with the room but street parking is readily available.
