Hey there!

I’m looking for an awesome housemate to share a cozy and sunny two-bedroom apartment with me in the heart of Belconnen. I love reading and playing video games. Along with taking care of my cat Ruhn!

The apartment is in a prime location—just a 5-minute walk to Westfield Belconnen and the bus junction, with connections all over Canberra. It’s only a 20-minute bus ride to ANU, a 20-minute walk to UC, and 10 minutes to a fantastic fresh food market.

About the room and apartment
• The room: Spacious with a built-in wardrobe (unfurnished).
• The apartment: Fully furnished, warm in winter, cool in summer, with a lovely balcony to unwind.
• You’ll share the space with a friendly and hardworking person (me!) who also has a full-time job.
• Kitchen: recently renovated with branded appliances, a spacious countertop, and tons of storage—perfect if you love to cook!
• Bathroom: Spacious with storage for all your self-care products, plus a washer and dryer.
• Parking: Private and secure if you have a car

I’m looking for someone reliable, friendly, and neat—preferably someone with a part-time/full-time job or a full-time worker. Females are preferred, but we’re open to anyone as long as we feel safe and comfortable!

Costs:
• Rent: $250 per week (plus bills).
• Internet: $42 per month.
• Electricity: Split between us quarterly.
• Water: Included in the rent
