About the property
I own the home, and generally look after it pretty well so am keen to find a flatmate who is well versed in the sharehouse world, and is similarly tidy. The place has a beautiful mid-century vibe to it, a lovely little backyard and 2 carspaces out the front (one under cover).
Currently the place is pretty much fully furnished, except for the 2nd bedroom. There is no wardrobe in the room currently, but I will be installing a freestanding wardrobe in the next few weeks.
