The property is located a block away from the tram line, and has great views of a local park next door. Easy walking distance from Lonsdale Street if you like good food and drink. The room is carpeted and has a built in wardrobe with hanger space and shelves. Room has a view of a lovely internal courtyard garden.

The shared spaces are well supplied - shelves along a back wall, house plants and fish tanks around the balcony window, three couches around a TV and sound system, with space for additions if you want. Kitchen has usual kitchen amenities, rice cooker, coffee machine etc. There is a shared hall storage for linens, and an underground storage closet. House has two cats, and this is a neurodivergent and lgbtq+ friendly home.

The complex is secure, and has a inside garden with herbs and a lawn which is kept lush and green all year round. There is also a barbecue and party table area which is shared by all apartments.

About us: Sal studied freshwater science and works in security, and Mico works in the Public Service. Sal likes to read and cook, and Mico likes taking care of houseplants and fish.
