About the property
The apartment is located in a lovely quiet area of Braddon in walking distance to the city. It has easy access to the light rail, Ainsley shops, Lonsdale Street and the Haig Park market.
The apartment receives lots of natural light, with a cute balcony off the living area if you enjoy gardening. The apartment is located on the first/top floor (no lift access).
The room is unfurnished with a large built in wardrobe and your own bathroom (not an ensuite). The kitchen, lounge and laundry are all fully equipped, but there is some space if you are bringing your own items.
The best part about living here is my sweet cat Tom. He is very friendly and loves to meet new people, especially when they feed him!
I am looking for someone who is comfortable living with a cat and is happy feeding him on the occasional weekend when I’m out of town.
Rent includes unlimited internet but not bills.
The room does not have a carpark included.

You will be joining me (32F) and my cat Tom (10M).
I am a public servant who works Mon-Fri 9-5 and enjoys a quiet night in at home during the week and hanging out with friends on the weekend. My hobbies at home include cooking, reading and watching tv.
Looking for someone clean and tidy and happy to have a chat of an evening. Also preferably with experience living with pets and able to look after Tom if I am away for short periods.
