This apartment is special because it is double story, with the kitchen, lounge, balcony and the laundry/toilet downstairs and the 2 bedrooms + the main bathroom upstairs.
This is an easy space to share as you can retreat upstairs to your own space, spend time in the afternoon sun on the balcony or relax on the lounge. I do not have a tv, but there is room for one. There is also one air conditioning/heating system downstairs that was replaced when I moved in.
The room available is currently unfurnished but the owner's are flexible. There is enough room for a double bed, a desk/drawers + there is a built in cupboard.
Kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, a fridge/freezer (that we share but seperate shelves) + there is a cupboard for your pantry items.
The balcony has enough space for clothes racks + I have a small outdoor table + chair set, this is also where Burra's litter is.
The laundry has free linen + cupboard space, a washing machine + dryer as well as a sink + toilet, this is usually the guest bathroom.
There is underground parking that you can, however it is visitor parking + sometimes can be busy. There is also lots of street parking around.
This place meets the ACT minimum energy efficiency standards.
