I am very sad to be leaving this house as I am relocating! But it’s a really nice, spacious and clean house in a nice area of Canberra with good transport links!
The bed (frame and mattress) is available to buy off me for $350 - it is an (almost) brand new both bed frame and mattress, both of which were purchased in October 2025.
Current weekly rate is $256, however, the lease is up for renewal late February so this may increase slightly. Bills are calculated seperately on a quarterly basis.
