About the property
The house is a vintage 70s place with a lot of character, with a living room, dining area/kitchen, laundry, 1 bathroom (toilet/powder room separate) and 4 bedrooms (one of which is used as a study).
It can get fairly warm in summer and chilly in winter, we’ve got a split system air con in the living room and full-house gas heating, and the house meets the minimum energy efficiency standards in ACT.
We’ve got a back yard with a washing line and two small sheds for storage, and a front yard area outside the front bedroom. There’s also a carport which can fit two cars and ample on-street/driveway parking right outside the house.

About the flatmates
Hello! I’m a gay 23 year old working full time (and then some) in marketing and theatre, and will be living with a 24 year old who has just recently moved back from Canada on a work visa (she’s moving in around the 9th of Feb!). We’re both pretty laidback and fun people, we enjoy hanging out but also finding quiet time and just vibing with one another :)) I’m originally from Victoria and Liah is from Sydney, and we both have a range of hobbies like reading, painting, photography, hiking, cafe hopping, etc (you’ll have to guess who likes what haha!).
Room choice is currently up for grabs, our current other housemate will be moving out later this month/early Jan so you’ll either be switching with him or moving into spare room (depending on timing with Liah moving in).
This is probably a bit of an all over the place description but we’re essentially just looking for a fun and free spirit who is tidy and sociable within the household environment. Text me if you have any questions or concerns, there’s definitely things I’ve missed so fire away!!
