We are renting out one spare room in the property with use of all common areas of the house. The property is conveniently located 5 minutes walk from the Manning Clark North light rail stop in Franklin. It is located 15 minutes walk from the Gungahlin shopping centre. The complex has a pool that is fantastic to use over summer. There is a covered car park space that we can make available and there is parking on the street nearby. It's a quiet neighbourhood. The house is a townhouse and it has private courtyards out the front and back. There are stairs up to the second story where the bedrooms are located. There is an air conditioning system through the house with outlets in each bedroom. The rent listed is for one person but we are happy to chat about couples using the room together for a bit extra rent. The property has a six star energy rating which is a good energy efficiency level and indicates there is insulation in the ceiling .

My name is Louis, a university student originally from Hobart, but moved to Canberra to study. My family and I use the house as a base in Canberra and we have a room spare so there is often one or two of us living in the house.
