About the house:
Rent is: $180 per week (excluding bills that are split evenly between the housemates). Bond is 4 weeks rent.
The room is of decent size (3.4 x2.9m) and has a big window for natural light, sheer curtains for privacy and blockout curtains for sleep-ins, a built-in wardrobe. It has just been freshly painted and has brand new carpets. It could easily fit a queen bed and desk.
About us:
Myself (32) I work in the public health sector and in my spare time love to go to the bouldering gym, cook, sew, read, be outdoors and see live music amoung a bunch of other stuff. Extra bonus points if you enjoy board games and watching the odd quirky film!
Angus (35) works in promoting electrification of Australia. He is on the paraclimbing team for Australia, loves playing music and hanging with his border collie Milo (who also lives with us, 10 year old sweetie)
Nicole (26) works at the zoo and loves board games, camping on the weekends and chilling out. Nathaniel, her partner rents the room with her and he comes over from NZ during his uni breaks as he is studying to be a vet. Nat and Nicole also have 2 bunnies that live out the back :)
Marly (8 year old German shepherd) - a big, soft sweetie that can be a bit shy to begin with but once she warms up to new people she’s a solid pal.
As a house we are generally pretty quiet and respectful of each others space, but value having a chat and the odd games night.

5 minute drive to Tuggeranong centre
4 minute drive to Kambah woolworths
17 minute drive to the city
Bus stop out the front of the house should you be a fan of public transport
The house is pretty big with a lovely spacious living room, back deck and large backyard. We share the bathroom and separate toilet. It is fully furnished with the exception of available room. We love our house plants and are always keen on having more! There is off street parking available too.
Someone who would fit well:
Friendly, in the late 20s-mid 30s age bracket, value contributing equally to clean spaces, can communicate well/strive to build respectful relationships with those you live with, are a bit of a lefty in regards to social and political views, have established and consistent house maintenance habits, have your life relatively sorted and stable - but also enjoy a bit of shenanigans/adventure in your own way. Unfortunately can't take additional pets at this stage.
We all love to have a chat and to create a welcoming and relaxing home for everyone, but are also very conscientious of each others space and privacy.
