About the flatmates
We're a friendly, respectful household of three - mum + two high school teens - living in a family home. I work full time, partly from home, while the kids are at school, so the house is often occupied but generally calm.
We're non-smokers, non-drinkers, non-partiers and value a clean, tidy and considerate home. We're independent and have a busy life so come and go as we please, but we're also home often and enjoy a relaxed environment.
We have two small, friendly, inside, non-yappy dogs, so being pet-friendly is essential.
We value open communication, mutual respect and personal space and welcome someone independent who is happy to come and go freely but who also appreciates a family environment.
