Seeking a new housemate for a lovely old Kingston apartment with a great location from February 23rd. Looking for someone to go on the lease.
About the place 🏡:
- Just a few minutes walk from old Kingston shops, the foreshore, Fyshwick markets and bus stops. 🌳
- The bedroom is beautifully lit, with a wall of windows, looking out into our leafy complex. Would fit a double bed 🛏. There might not be enough space for a desk in the room but happy for one to go in the living room.
- It includes a built-in wardrobe, and access to more storage in the hallway closest.
- Comes with a sheltered car spot. 🚗
- One shared bathroom with a bath and shower. 🛁
- Kitchen has everything you need (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and plenty of pantry space.).
- Lovely sunny balcony, shrouded by leafy trees for entertaining or quiet time.
- We have some extra garage storage too. 🚲
- The house will come mostly furnished but the outgoing housemate will be taking some items with them (i.e. washing machine) so would be looking to replace these. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture.
- Unknown if the property meets minimum energy efficiency standards.
Rent 💰:
- Rent is $255 per week plus electricity and WiFi (split evenly).
- Looking for someone to at least go on the lease, until January 2027.
