Come join us in our sunny, modern apartment in Lyons!
We are a 10-minute walk / 2-minute drive from Westfield Woden, the Woden Bus Interchange, the Lyons shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and loads more. We are right next to a high-frequency bus stop that'll get you into the city centre in 15 minutes. Oakey Hill Nature Reserve is also a short walk away.
The room has a large built-in wardrobe, an ensuite, a heater/aircon unit, and a balcony. You will also have access to the apartment’s underground storage unit.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and double-glazed windows. It is north-east facing and has a huge balcony with views of the Telstra Tower and Red Hill. The apartment complex also has an outdoor pool.
The room is available from 23rd February, and we're looking for someone able to start paying rent by early March or sooner.
The water bill is included in the rent. The property has an EER of 6 and meets minimum energy efficiency standards.

Ash is 24 and works full-time for the APS, having moved to Canberra from Adelaide a few years ago. She likes reading, going to Pilates, and trying out new brunch places in her spare time.
I am 27 and moved to Canberra for uni. I now work full-time in healthcare and enjoy triathlon training, listening to audiobooks, and playing music.
Our preference for our new housemate is someone in their 20s/early 30s who is easy-going, friendly and clean. Like most people, we like a balance of doing fun social things as a house while also respecting each other's alone time.
