About the property
Hi there! I’m hoping this would be a cozy home with two girls living in it. Move in date is pretty flexible.
The room for rent is 3.2m x 2.2m with a built-in robe. The room is currently unfurnished, but if preferred I’m happy to furnish it at my own cost (e.g. bed, bedside tables, basic IKEA furniture). Just let me know which is easier for your situation!
There’s also a spare room that is being turned into a study (as shown in the picture with the desk, lots of empty space in the room) so you could also use that space for a desk or storage.
There is a designated outside car spot included in the rent. The kitchen is large with heaps of bench space.
I’ve just moved in so I’ll also be slowly upgrading the furniture and decor. Probably get some plants!

About the flatmates
Hi there! I’m in my 20’s working full-time in the office (so plenty of time I’ll be out of the house and able to give you some space) I’m clean, easy-going, and respectful of shared spaces.
Ideally I’m looking for somebody in a similar life stage as me so in their 20s or early 30s.
I am an ambivert so I can be social and enjoy having a chat. But i also value alone time and more than happy to leave you to own devices (whichever you’d prefer!)
