I'm a professional and live in the house with my son who visits occasionally.  This is a non-smoking house, no pets or couples.

The house is set on a large leafy block with easy access to the City and ANU, close to local shops, and right near bike paths.
I’m looking for someone who prefers a peaceful, independent living setup rather than the usual share‑house dynamic, with a friendly hello when we cross paths. I’m happy to provide additional photos of the property once we’ve made initial contact. Rent is negotiable for the right person.
