Our 4 bedroom Watson share house has a room available! Located on a quiet street super close to the Watson shops, Mount Majura and ACU, we're looking for someone to move in ASAP as our housemate is sadly moving home to Melbourne. Looking for someone similar in age (mid - late twenties)
We really love our house, some of us have been here since the start of 2018 and it's become a home. Some of the highlights:
• Solar panels (our electricity bills are always very manageable); ducted gas heating throughout/split system airconditioning; dishwasher; space to park your car; two big living spaces.
• Access to the nature reserve through our backyard, and we have resident shingleback lizards, cockies and the occasional gang gang. Our backyard is pretty massive and quite green at the moment
• Heaps and heaps of storage space. We have a garage and another little shed area attached behind it.
• You'll be living with two dogs, Chook and Billy (so unfortunately, no more pets). Chook is an 8 month old staffy x, and is a big ball of energy. Billy is a 3yo border collie x. He is a sweet and gentle boy who loves a pat. Chook and Billy are best mates, and love going on adventures together.
• Short distance to bus stops/shortish distance to a tram stop, to get in and out of the city. We also have heaps of bikes you’re welcome to use
The room available is bedroom 2, it has a built in robe and can fit a queen bed
We are looking for someone who is:
• Tidy and respectful of our home and everyone living in it! We have a cleaning roster, and like to stick to it. We're looking for someone who's happy to help with yard maintenance. If you like growing veges, we have a pretty sad vege patch that you're welcome to have at
• Punctual with bills. Utilities are paid quarterly, rent is $738.70 per calendar month, internet is $20 per month. Bond required - $680

Chook is my lil mate, and we love getting out and about together as much as possible and going on adventures. I'm currently studying social work down the road at ACU and I work at The Canberra Hospital. Outside of lockdown, I go home pretty regularly to see my family

Hey I'm Han, I'm 27 and have a sweet 3yo border collie cross who is more cat than dog! When I'm not hanging out with him, I like playing guitar, listening to music, staying active, chasing sun and being outside in general! I can be pretty introverted but still enjoy a chat and having a beer around the fire in the yard
