Welcome to a freshly renovated property just a 5-minute walk from Waurn Ponds Shopping Centre and Grovedale Hotel. Conveniently, there's a bus stop right outside the property.

The house is nearly complete, with only a few minor touch-ups left, including painting the doors. Due to a broken leg, I'm currently unable to finish these tasks, but they'll be completed as soon as I'm able.

I'm allergic to animals, so, unfortunately, I can't accept roommates with pets, even if they stay outdoors.

Both available rooms are spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen bed and a desk (queen beds are shown in the photos). You'll have your own bathroom until additional roommates move in, as I have an ensuite.

On-street parking is available, as I need full access to the driveway for my on-call work.
