First up - as on Dec 14th, the lease went month-to-month. I don't forsee it as a problem as I would have been looking to leave already. They need to give 3 months notice anyway.
Now, the fun stuff.

The place is bang on back of river, great from a run along the yarra, a 5 min walk from Vic gardens shopping centre, a longer walk tram to bridge rd.
At the door step there's an IGA express, 12 & 109 trams - 15/20 and you're in the city.
APARTMENT
You have your own bathroom, with Euro laundry and bath with shower, nbn modem in your closet, so great internet.
There's a communal pool, gym, sauna, office space, library with book exchange, DVDs free to use whenever. Bookable Sky lounge (bbq area)
There's 1 car spot which I use, however people advertise car spot regularly, short or long term are available, just need extra organising.
Safe Bike storage available too.

About the flatmates
I'm Em, 32, works full-time as primary school teacher. Love dance, being crafty, sewing, painting. Non-smoker, barely drink these days, but down to share a glass now and then, not allergic to anything but bad attitudes hehe.
You might find me out and about, barely see me or at home on the couch or doing something creative.
Work can keep me busy during the week, most of my time at home is relaxing or at pole class after work and forget you have a housemate.
My typical weekend is being up and active, run or walking the yarra, coffee with a friend, being out and about. Then Sundays more at home chill, food prepping, home stuff etc.
I love being social, but my work can drain my battery, so holiday periods are like Christmas, you'll find me a lot more social then.
Keen for someone who respects each other space/energy, ideally works majority not at home (just feel the lounge space is small for work office permanently), likes keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, ongoing upkeep is a vibe, not against someone on opposite schedules, shift worker, chef, health care etc, open to someone who travels for work a lot and wants a base or even someone who is studying.
