About the property
Iām looking for someone to take over the spare room in my Abbotsford apartment from mid February š It's located in a great spot just off Johnston St, backing onto Yarra Bend, so it feels very peaceful while still being close to everything.
Iām looking for a like-minded person of a similar age (25ā35), who works full time and is happy to go on the lease and apply through the real estate agent with the usual income docs and references. No couples, sorry!

About the flatmates
I'm Namaku - 28, Australian, and work full time in tech. I WFH on Mondays and am in the office the rest of the week. Iām pretty relaxed at home during the week and usually around in the evenings. On weekends Iām often out seeing friends, going to pilates, hiking, or trying new cafes, bars and restaurants - but I also enjoy quieter weekends at home reading or watching TV.
As a housemate Iām clean and tidy, enjoy being friendly and social with the people I live with, but Iām also very respectful of privacy and downtime. Iāll occasionally have friends over for dinner or drinks (and youāre always welcome to do the same), but this definitely isnāt a party house.
