About the flatmates
Rach 55, p/t health & fitness; son Cal, 28 f/t master civil engineering student at RMIT. Ba Boo, 5 Retired Greyhound. We are pretty relaxed and easy going and can get along with most people. This is a place you can feel at home, enjoy outside spaces with deck and outside furniture front and back. Plant filled spaces. Cal is calm, quiet into anime, gaming, reading sci fi, plays piano + guitar occasionally. Loves a good chat and board games if you’re interested. Rach loves a good crime mystery, period films and docos. We have the main streaming Netflix, Prime and Disney. We both like Cooking, history +nature. Rach enjoys gardening, dance and art, listen to Jazz, classical, Indie and old school rock. A peaceful place, not a party house, but somewhere to chill, recoup with friendly people or place to socialise with your friends & host a dinner. We are both down to earth and pretty flexible. Open to sharing meals or other arrangements. Must like Dogs, He is tall, has his own bed but likes to hop on the couch, no doggy smell as greys don’t produce oil in their skin. he’s pretty snuggly, and appreciates belly rubs. Excellent Alphington Farmers Market Sundays 7 min walk. We have been periodic lease, 5 years established nil issues, owner fixes things fast through excellent property manager.
