About the property
The house is two stories and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You will be sharing your bathroom with me. It’s very modern with air conditioning and heating. It’s close to the beach and has lots of supermarkets and general stores close-by. It is an 11 minute walk from the train station or a 2 minute drive. The neighbours are lovely and the street I’ve quiet.

About the flatmates
Hi my name if Fatuma and my other roommates name is Beverly but you can call her Bev. We live in a three bedroom townhouse in Altona. A bit about Bev and I we are both 24 and both work in the health industry. Bev is a disability worker and I am a dental assistant. We are both pretty laid back and enjoy going to the beach which is just a 20 minute walk and 5 minute drive from the house. On the weekends we sometimes like going out otherwise we’ll just be at home chilling.
The room you will be moving into already has a queen bed.
We are looking for someone to move into the spare bedroom. Rent is 200 weekly not including utilities. Water is paid quarterly and electricity, gas and internet monthly and they’re split three ways so they’re not expensive. To move in we only require bond and 1 week rent.
