Available is the second bedroom which can fit up to a king size bed, at the back of the unit with a built-in robe and fan. It gets lots of natural light and afternoon sun. The unit has one bathroom with both a bath and a shower and a separate toilet. Both the kitchen and bedroom have ample storage space and underneath the house is a big garage and cellar for extra storage which is not close to being full. The unit will come furnished in all the common areas (washer no dryer) the only thing you will need to bring is bedroom furniture. There is a beautiful outdoor space for any gardeners out there otherwise when it is sunny it is our prime washing location!

🏡 The unit is right opposite the Palace cinemas, with the 109 tram at your doorstep and either Canterbury or East Camberwell station both a 6 minute drive away with free and ample parking any time of the day. There is one car spot at the premise with a visitor car permit for use also. There are plenty of cafes, servos, shops and woolies walking distance from the unit and a couple of parks. Most things you will need can be accessed by walking or tram so a car is not necessary.
