I’ve been living here for about a year now, and my favourite part of the house is definitely the outdoor space—there’s plenty of room to relax without feeling like you’re on top of each other.
You’ll have the two back bedrooms and the main bathroom (the ones highlighted in pink on the floorplan). Both bedrooms are on the smaller side (3m x 3m), but using one as an office, wardrobe, or chill-out space works really well.
I’m looking for someone who works full-time and has lived in a sharehouse before. Ideally, you’d also be comfortable being added to the lease with the real estate agent. The lease is due for renewal at the end of January, and it would be great to find someone happy to sign on for 12 months.
