I am a mature professional male; that is currently sharing with one other male. Looking for one more to share large house with, have had both male and female stay previously, so there's no preference in that aspect. There will however only be a total of three in the house.

It's a lived in home, with an easy going friendly relaxed environment and plenty of space. So will ideally suit someone looking for the same and somewhere to be settled.

Located in a great area with easy access to shops, bus stop, freeway entrance, train station, Casey Hospitals, Fountain Gate Shopping Centre and the University / campuses.

Only non smokers please. It's not suitable for pets, children staying over or for a couple.

- Central location, to all amenities, shops / transportation etc
- Space to be on your own, with room for your furniture
- Additional area / lounge for you to set yourself up in, tv etc
- Two outdoor roofed pergola areas.
- A pool for those lazy summer days / nights.
- Additional storage space is potentially available.

- Larger than standard, will fit queen / king size bed
- Fully carpeted
- Ducted heating,
- Built in double wardrobe with shelf
- Some furniture available if required
