Who are we looking for?
Clean, tidy, and non-smoking individuals (smoking is allowed in the backyard) with good personal hygiene and respect for others. We expect flatmates to clean up after themselves.

We hire a contractor for deep cleaning in common areas and lawn maintenance. If you'd like to reduce your rent, we can arrange for you to take on some of these duties. All flatmates are responsible for keeping common areas clean and hygienic.

The house features three (3) toilets, ensuring easy access at all times, and ducted gas heating during winter.

Utility Bills:
Shared costs include water, gas, power, internet, deep cleaning, and lawn mowing. Average utility costs are around $23 to 25/week.
