The room is partially furnished with a double bed, standing wardrobe and possibly some other small items of furniture if needed.

We have two full bathrooms so there's almost never a queue. Large kitchen and dining and plenty of storage space.

Unfortunately no pets, however Bree often has short stay foster cats who are happily tucked away in her room🏡

Super close to Box Hill Central, Aldi & Woolies, multiple bus routes within walking distance, a walking/bike track, a gym, + handy shops like Bunnings, Officeworks & Spotlight are just a hop skip and a jump away too.

Ideally looking for someone of a similar age who wants a nice chill home environment but also doesn’t mind a little chit chat 🗣️
