The house is very spacious and fully furnished, and we’re looking for a third person to join our beautiful home. The room for rent includes a queen bed, study desk and chair, a built-in wardrobe, and tallboy drawers for extra storage ☺️
Tram 70 is a 600 m walk from the house, and buses 903, 732, and 767 are just across the road.
Box Hill Central is 2 km away, and Aldi is only 1 km away. The Camberwell Shopping Precinct, Westfield Doncaster, Burwood One, Burwood Heights Shopping Centre, Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre, Chadstone Shopping Centre, Forest Hill Chase, and The Glen are all within a 2–6 km radius.
Swinburne University is a 15-minute drive or a 20–30 minute commute by public transport. Deakin University is just 15 minutes away by walking or bus. Monash Clayton, Hawthorn, and Caulfield campuses are within an 8–10 km range.

About the flatmates
We’re originally from Sri Lanka. I’m 32 and currently working while completing my PhD. My niece is 20 and lives with me; she’s pursuing her bachelor’s degree.
We’re clean, tidy, and easy to get along with. We also have a bit of a weakness for binge-watching TV shows, especially crime series 😁 We respect private time but also enjoy shared meals, good chinwags, and board games over a couple of drinks when time permits.
