🏡 The House & Rooms

My housemate has moved out, so I’m looking for someone to join the lease with me.

I live in the Large, backyard facing room, and its shared with Shady (my pet greyhound).

The room up for rent is Furnished with Desk, Office Chair, Bed w/mattress and large storage cabinets with a mirror. Its a large, front-facing room with ample natural light. You can also borrow my portable AC for summers since I have a fixed one in my room.

Rent: $1053 per month not inclusive of bills

There's a third small room in the house too, which we could turn into a common space either for storage or something else.

👉 Utilities split evenly 2 ways.

🍳 Common Areas

Kitchen: Gas stove x5, large oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, juicer, sandwich maker. I’ve got most cookware (happy to share) and space for your own.

Living room: Sofa, coffee table, TV table, indoor plant, portable AC, TV.

Huge Backyard: Open space, maintained by me. Shady uses it for zoomies and naps — open to adding more furniture for communal use.

Bathroom/laundry: Shared bathroom/washroom + second toilet, washing machine, outdoor clothesline + indoor rack for rainy days.
