One queen room with private balcony and twin BIR available in this beautiful two story Brunswick abode! It’s in a prime location just off Sydney Rd about 1 min from the no. 19 tram and about 4 min walk to Anstey Station. Room is unfurnished.
The house has a huge open plan downstairs area with a large gas kitchen and communal bench. The living / family room has loads of space to do all sorts of hobbies or relaxation! The HUGE couch seats about 10 ppl and there’s an entertainment system all kitted out for movie binges, spinning records and chilling.
There are also two cute yards front and rear where you can sit in the sun with a drink and a book and admire the succulent collection or grab a nectarine of the tree.
Toto the cat is a 3.5yr old tabby and loves to cuddle and play. He is very affectionate and it is important you like cats too!
Bonnie and Clyde are clown loaches and they are nice to watch swim about.
We’re after someone that’s very clean and tidy, respectful, environmentally conscious and fun who wants to make the place their home. We like to share a few meals and drinks now and then so avid cooks and bakers welcome! Vego or vegans preferred please.

Duncan is a 42 y/o musician working in council Youth Services. He likes getting out to gigs and events, but equally enjoys hanging at home cooking, working on projects in the shed, gardening and doing the dishes. He is vegetarian.
Cat is 28 and working full time in comms. She’s into pottery, books, music and movies and is also vego.
Bonnie and Clyde are clown loaches (fish)
Toto is a short-haired tabby and a good boy.
We are clean and respectful and would like to find someone to make this their home, share an occasional vegetarian meal and have a laugh now and again.
